Healthy Farmer´s Breakfast

The breakfast buffet consists of farm-owned milk, homemade yoghurt and curd cheese, fresh farmer's butter, our own jams and honeys, seasonal fruit, apple compotes and jellies, our own pastries, fresh eggs from our happy chickens, homemade bread, our own bacon and sausages, homemade mudlarella and Mudladelphia, spicy cheese from our dairy, varied mueslis, fresh juices and strength drinks and Italian espresso, cappuccino, latte macchiato from the coffee machine, individually usable, as well as numerous other delicacies, very varied and digestible every morning with many surprises, so that you are in a good mood and You can start the new day fit and enjoyable from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. in the guest room on the ground floor.

For a delicious and vital farm breakfast we charge 15 € for adults and 5 € for children from 3 years.

With our breakfast basket service, you can buy our own farm products, such as milk, homemade yogurt, farmer's butter, mudlarella, our own bacon and sausage, eggs from our chickens, jams, syrups, farmer's bread, but also products from other regional producers, such as honey, wines, organic bread can be ordered individually from the baker etc. and enjoyed daily

Local Farm Produce

Help yourself to our freshly made yogurt and grind yourself some fresh oatmeal. Collect your eggs from your friendly hen and pick up a liter of milk, fresh from your favourite cow.

Treat yourself to some jam and marmalade, made from local strawberries, raspberries and blackcurrants and honey from the local beekeeper. Wash it all down with fresh fruit juices, made from freshly picked elderberries, blueberries and blackcurrants.

Why not look over Agatha’s shoulder whilst she prepares local specialities. Learn how to make „Speckknödel“ or „Apfelstrudel“, how to beat butter or bake „Puschtra Breatln.“

Learn the secrets of farm cooking

One of Agatha’s hobbies is collecting and preparing herbs. Join her on a relaxing walk, where she will provide you with valuable tips, on how both garden and wild herbs can help treat health problems. Pluck some fresh herbs from the farm’s own herb garden to add more flavour to your daily meals.

Agatha is more than happy to teach you some of the secrets of her farm cooking. Pop into the kitchen and peep over her shoulder whilst she prepares some local specialities. Ideal entertainment, especially if the weather turns bad.

In the winter months Agatha treats her guests to a home cooked evening meal. All the guests help to cook, which doubles the enjoyment, when we all sit down to eat together. In the summer months, we cook together in our mountain chalet. Whether in winter or summer you can look forward to a South Tyrolean culinary treat.

Barbeque Time!

Mudlerhof offers the perfect setting to make new friends. The guest families and their hosts join together to form a big happy family. Enjoy spending time together and get involved in daily farm life.

There is no better way to wind down in the evening than with a tasty barbeque. Relaxed conversation around the campfire under a clear starlit sky.

We are currently busy building our new farm shop. True to the motto: "Good things take time", we are currently experimenting on different products. Until our definitive completion, we can already offer some of our farm products for sale. You can find these in our product corner.
